Ajai Bhatnagar

Principal

Ajai is based out of Pune and has more than 22 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, with last decade in the BPO industry. He has been in the process outsourcing industry since its inception in India. Has working relationship with more than 50 BPO companies in India and has executed Greenfield setup for more than 1500 seats in various Indian cities.Ajai has assisted a number of offshore clients in migrating voice and non-voice processes to captive/outsourced centers in India. Prior to this he was founder Director of Care Pricipium, a 200 seat voice BPO in Pune. As a result of this vast exposure of BPO industry he has assisted offshore clients in target prospecting Indian companies, culminating into successful mergers & acquisitions.

He has been part of core team developing CORE-2000 site certification standard for Call/Contact Center and has exposure to COPC & eSCM standards. He has completed several assignments involving process design, improvement or re-engineering with number of BPO companies. He has been part of core client team for three M&A deals. He has also authored several articles on BPO industry.

Ajai began his professional career with the $35billion Tata Group and has also been founder of two successful start ups, both in the manufacturing and services sector. Ajai is a graduate from IIT Kanpur and has been a guest faculty in XLRI, Jamshedpur and Symbiosis, Pune.

Sanjay Pandey

An Alumnus of Harvard and IIT Kanpur. Sanjay is a security systems expert and has been in this area for last 25 years. He served as an IPS officer in India and then as Global Head of E-security at TCS. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and BS 7799 Lead Auditor. Sanjay has been instrumental in setting up network security systems for large organizations and e-governance platforms. Don was head of a large Multi National in the U.K. and has worked for various MNCs. His strengths are Sales & Marketing processes. He also set-up Memorex Canada. Don is currently President of Multi Media Replication Canada and advises BPO Consultant clients on customer facing processes

Archana Bhatnagar

Archana is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur. She started her career with TATA group and has over 18 years of deep exposure in process design and re-engineering both in manufacturing and services sector. She brings in strong experience in process understanding across manufacturing and service verticals.

Manu has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, having lived and worked in the U.K. for 28 years. He has helped set up sales distribution networks in the U.K., Thailand, The U.A.E. and India and is exposed to international sales experience, specially through telesales.
